Personalized Photo Calendars

It is an excellent way of
capturing a year's worth of
events, vacations, and special
moments. We offer a
high-quality customizable
12-page calendar at a
reasonable price. Special
features include: frames and
seasonal backgrounds. For
an example of an actual
calendar, see sample.

For digital pictures:

Complete the Calendar Order Form: Order Form and press the 'Submit'
button.
Email the pictures to the email address listed below. Send them as follows:
Attachment #1 - Cover Page, Attachment #2 - January, etc. If possible,
send extra pictures to have more to work with.
Send a check to the postal address below.

For non-digital pictures:

Complete the Calendar Order Form: Order Form and press the 'Submit'
button. (NOTE: Before pressing 'Submit', print a copy of the Form.)
Mail the Order Form and pictures along with a check to the postal address
listed below. On the back of each picture, put your last name and the
month you want it displayed (Ex: Smith - January). Pictures should be no
larger than 8.5x11. If possible, send extra pictures to have more to work
with.

One email confirmation will be sent when the pictures and Order Form are
received. Another confirmation will be sent with an estimated completion date
when payment has been successfully confirmed.
